RECRUIT

Registered PNoyPinay member/Cell Builder shall organize a cell of 10 people counting himself/herself among the 10.

Each cell member shall commit to contribute P100 (or more) in 10 “gives”/ installments or P1,000 (or more) in lump sum. It is not mandatory that a cell member becomes a PNoyPinay member although we encourage him/her to do so.

DEPOSIT

Cell Builder shall deposit funds collected into PNoyPinay’s bank account and keep deposit slip. Cell members may deposit directly but must provide Cell Builder with copy of deposit slip.

REPORT

Cell Builder shall fill up a Contribution Form and, with the supporting deposit slips, submit one copy to the PNoyPinay Secretariat at Expo Center, Araneta Center, Cubao

The 10/10 Project Committee shall make periodic reports of the running totals to the Logistics Committee head, Mariel Tolentino.

COMMUNICATE

The Cell Builder shall encourage his/her cell members to become members of PNoyPinay so they, in turn, can form their own new cells, and thus expand Project 10/10. He/she shall be responsible for training these new members on the mechanics of the program and guiding them in building their cells.
